The Contractor shall provide an all-inclusive quote to cover the cost to “Soft Wash” the roof of the Philippi Estates Park Mansion, an historic building and the Public restroom building, both located at 5500 South Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL. Soft Wash is a cleaning method using low pressure and specialized solutions (typically bleach, water, and sometimes a surfactant) to safely remove mildew, bacteria, algae and other organic stains from roofs and other building exteriors. The electric diaphragm pump applies the cleaning solution at 40-80 PSI. The Contractor’s quote shall include the cost of proving all labor, materials, tools, equipment for safe operation and incidentals (such as water if not available at the facility) necessary to perform the work as specified herein. Equipment is defined as, but not limited to ladders, scaffolds, man-lifts, rigging, anchor freestanding counterweight systems, ropes, chairs, harnesses, squeegees, and the like.
