The Contractor shall design, supply, install and activate a complete automatic Water Based Fire Protection System (FPS) and Fire Alarm System (FAS). The Contractor shall be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment, parts, devices, materials, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, licenses, permits, insurance, bonds, transportation, travel and per diem and every other expense necessary to complete the services at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate / Ward Labor (IWL) Program, located at California State Prison, Solano (SOL). Term is 730 days from notice to proceed. Questions due 6/6/22. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
