The Project involves the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the complete construction of: Dewatering capacity improvements, new odor control systems, Primary Clarifier Influent Box hydraulic improvements, a new emergency generator, anaerobic digester cleanout and process piping rehabilitation, and site/stormwater improvements at the South Durham WRF. The City of Durham requires the Project to achieve Final Completion of all Work no later than 790 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed.
