Reading Area Community College, Schmidt Technology & Training Center. The College campus map and directions can be found on our website at https://www.racc.edu/about-racc/campus-map-and-directions. Please park in student lot E and sign in upon arrival. A tour of the construction site will follow the meeting. Allow 1-hour for the walk-through, so the total estimated time for the meeting will be 1-2 hours. All campus visitors will be required to follow PA CDC pandemic standards for the COVID 19. The Owner respectfully requires that all persons who attend the Pre-Proposal meeting shall wear a face covering that covers their mouth and nose, and that social distancing of 6 ft. or more between persons shall be observed at all times. The Owner will provide hand sanitizer dispensers at critical locations during the meeting for the Proposer’s use. Proposers are encouraged to limit the number of participants to one person per company.

Reading Area Community College will receive online via PennBid for alterations to an existing stream bank, located along the eastern side of the Schuylkill River just south of the Penn Street Bridge along property currently owned by Reading Area Community College (RACC). Work includes site construction, general construction and mechanical/electrical work. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
