CalTrans is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to remove existing roofing, existing duct work jackets, existing helicopter pad coating, and furnish and install a new, complete, securely fastened, weathertight Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) Modified Bituminous Membrane Roof System, Rooftop Ductwork Jacketing and Rooftop Helicopter Pad Traffic Coating, and repair the helipad lighting, at the Caltrans District 7 Headquarter Office Building located on 100 South Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
