ELS Construction is seeking subcontractors for tenant improvements 1,166 SF at Charley's Philly Steaks, 8491 Highway 6N, Houston TX 77095 for the following trades: Acoustical Ceilings, Concrete (Pour back), Demolition, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Drywall, EIFS / Stucco, Electrical, Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Flooring (Includes VCT, Carpet, Tile), Glass & Mirrors, HVAC, Landscaping / Irrigation, Masonry, Ornamental Metals, Painting / Wall Covering, Plumbing, Roofing, Roof/Wall Panels, Saw Cutting & Concrete Pour Back, Signs, Steel - Structural / Steel Fabrication, Striping, Toilet Accessories, Waterproofing. Please note that all awarded subcontractors will have to go through the GC Pay software process to submit all invoices and compliance documents. Please be sure to include the $15.00 per invoice administration fee in your proposal. All proposal submissions should include a copy of your company’s W-9. Failure to comply with this request may disqualify you from winning the project.
