Mission Rock projects are subject to a Project Labor Agreement and Prevailing Wage provisions submitted through LCP Tracker. Webcor Builders (Webcor) is the General Contractor for the Mission Rock Phase One Vertical Development, Parcel F Project. The Parcel F project is a 323,775 GSF residential building with 254 residential units and retail spaces on the ground floor. Webcor is requesting proposals from qualified subcontractors including CMD certified LBE companies who have a valid trade specific contractors licenses.
