Includes an expansion of the City's high service pump station (HSPS) to increase pumping capacity by one pump unit, motor improvements at the GBRA HSPS and a new surge tank for the GBRA system. Additionally, a new 2.0 MG ground storage tank shall be installed to accept delivery of Alliance Regional Water Authority (ARWA) water at the San Marcos Sufrace water Treatment Plant (SWTP). Questions due than Oct 28th or 15 calendar days before bid opening.
