Demolition, cutting and patching, carpentry, millwork, wall and ceiling structure infill and patching, sealants, acoustic insulation, steel frames, wood doors, sliding doors, access doors, fire rated window assemblies, hardware, glazing, interior metal framing, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, open cell metal ceilings, resilient base and accessories, resilient athletic flooring, tile carpeting, painting, fire extinguisher cabinets, wood cubbies, roller shades, manufactured plastic laminate casework, solid surface countertops, electrical, HVAC and plumbing for the construction of the Challenger Learning Center for Montgomery County Community College. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
