The proposed countermeasures will target the high crash stop-controlled intersections in the RSA study areas and contribute to a reduction in crashes experienced on all three corridors. MPMS #114562 - This project consists of safety improvements on SR 944 (Wertzville Road) and SR 696 (Shippensburg Road) in Cumberland County, SR 116 (Fairfield Road) in Adams County, SR 2002 (Springwood Road) and SR 3054 (Richland Avenue) in York County, SR 3012 (Jack Road) in Franklin County, SR 2015 (Sandbeach Road) in Dauphin County. This project recommends implementing a combination of applicable systemic roadway departure improvements as described in the 2012 Pennsylvania Roadway Departure Safety Implementation Plan. DBE goal 3%. Prequalification required. Required Completion: 07/25/2023. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
