The City of Dallas Department of Housing & Neighborhood Revitalization (“Department”) is pleased to announce the release of this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (“RFCSP”) with the goal of identifying a contractor (“Contractor”) that has the experience and capacity to perform rehabilitation work under the Tenth Street Historic District Targeted Rehab Sub-Program Module. Applicants (Applicants) are homeowners who apply to the program. The City of Dallas established the Targeted Rehab Program (“TRP”) as an umbrella program for all targeted rehab activities. This award will be for a 1-year contract.
