Provide trash and recycling services for various Ulster County departments. All trash and material must be disposed at the Ulster County Resource Recovery Agency, 999 Flatbush Ave, Kingston, NY 12401. The work to be performed by the Bidder shall be to furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to provide trash and/or recyclable removal services to locations specified herein. Bidder shall furnish containers, removal trucks and all necessary labor to perform this service. Bidder shall supply all containers and compactors required for each site. Equipment provided will meet all federal, state, county and local requirements. A list of the current site locations, equipment and pick-up schedule is attached (Attachment A). The Bidder shall furnish and maintain equipment size/types as requested by the County based on the County’s needs. Equipment ownership shall remain with the Bidder. The equipment shall be maintained in working order in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations, Federal, State and local codes including OSHA. The Bidder shall provide and maintain collection equipment for use 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. If equipment is removed for an extended period of time other than emptying the container, it shall be replaced with equal type and capacity equipment to assure continuous dumping ability. Prevailing wages apply.
