The Virginia Department of Transportation herein referred to as “VDOT” is soliciting bids from interested firms to perform tree removal services, in accordance of the performance specifications herein, within the Richmond District along highway rights-of-way within Chesterfield, Dinwiddie, Henrico, Lunenburg and Prince George counties. Bidders may submit bids for multiple lines. Bidders who submit bids for multiple lines must be capable of completing all work by Dec. 22, 2022. Provide questions no later than 5 business days, prior to the closing date. SBE goal 42%.
