The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, Maryland (hereafter referred to as HOC) is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors, who are licensed and insured to conduct business within the state of Maryland for the purpose of decommissioning a 20,000-gallon heating oil underground storage tank (UST) at the Willows Apartments and may include other related work as defined by the HOC. The work will be completed within 90 days from the Notice to Proceed. The deadline for all questions to be submitted is October 21, 2022, at 12:00 PM.
