Scope of Services: based on review of the CCTV data of the large diameter cleaning and CCTV project within the University area, the assessed pipelines have been designated as critically deficient and priority one deficient. Following review of the assessment the following scope of work has been developed. Base Bid: A. There is approximately 9,315 LF of 10-inch through 12-inch gravity sewer pipeline to be rehabilitated as part of this project. Rehabilitation methods include point repairs, pipe bursting, cured-in-place lining, and manhole lining. Also included within this contract is the reinstating of approximately 45 active service laterals and cured-in-place lining of approximately 60 active services. Alternate No.1: A. There is approximately 451 vertical feet of cleaning, repairing, and lining of new manholes. Alternate No.2 A. There is approximately 2,028 LF of 8-inch through 12-inch gravity sewer pipeline to be rehabilitated as part of this project. Rehabilitation methods include point repairs, pipe bursting, cured-in-place lining, and manhole lining. Also included within this contract is the reinstating of approximately 11 active service laterals and cured-in-place lining of approximately 6 active services. Bonds
