The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Realignment of the US Route 4/Bloomingrove Drive intersection that includes full depth paving and replacement of the existing traffic signal. Realignment of Winter Street Extension at US Route 4 and the installation of a traffic signal. Sidewalk installation from existing pedestrian accommodations at Jordan Road to existing pedestrian accommodations north of Stewarts at Williams Road. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
