The Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management is inviting bids from those who qualified in stage one of this project for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the removal and replacement of heat exchangers in Central Plant #1. The Central Plant #1 Well Pump & Piping of the 175’ Well Pump including the Motor. The new discharge pump head will tie into the existing piping. Two 12” (Cla-Val) valves shall be refurbished/ rebuilt. The existing heat exchangers shall be replaced with new double wall heat exchangers. Valves, specialties, controls, etc, associated with the heat exchangers shall be replaced. Bonds required.
