The University of Texas System and The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center are soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (“Proposals”) for selection of a General Contractor firm for 2021-RFP-HC-00376 K1 Basic Science Research Building Renovation (“Project”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals. To accommodate better conditions for animal holding, the existing rooms will have demolition and renovation work performed to provide all the elements required for fully functioning animal holding rooms.
