There will be a Mandatory Site Visit on Dec 2 at 10 am at the Valley Library’s Main North entrance on the Quad (210 SW Waldo Place). Valley Library is located at 210 SW Waldo Place. Contract consists of replacement of low slope roofing and flashing systems; structural modifications; addition of ladders, guardrails and fall protection; repair, cleaning and recoating of Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems, and; repair of ceiling systems at the Valley Library on the Oregon State University Campus, Corvallis, Oregon. Some existing rooftop telecommunications and HVAC equipment will need to be removed and reinstalled in the course of this work.
