The Authority requires the services of an experienced fencing company to perform the removal and installation of fencing materials. The Authority is soliciting appropriately licensed with the California State Licensing Board (CSLB), qualified contractors to provide all work necessary to complete the work as detailed within the Scope of Work (SOW). This is a turn-key project. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to examine each property’s fencing in its entirety to provide a complete and accurate bid. HUD DBE and Section 3 requirements apply
