The Project is located at Plant No. 1 at 10844 Ellis Avenue, Fountain Valley, CA 92708 and consists of: 1. City Water Pump Station [CWPS]: Replacement of 2 VFDs and ancillary Power, Control and Signal Conductors. 2. Power Building 8: Replacement of 3 VFDs and ancillary Power, Control and Signal Conductors; retrofits to Trickling Filter Pumps 1 through 3 to incorporate vibration monitoring; and construction of an automatic transfer switch for Pump 2. 3. RAS Pump Station [RAS PS]: Replacement of a single VFD and ancillary Power, Control and Signal Conductors. Questions are due, and must be in writing, by 5:00 PM on Sept 20th. Telephone questions will not be accepted. Contractor to commence the Project within 15 calendar days from the date of the NTP and prosecute the work to completion within 550 calendar days. The time for completion includes ten (10) calendar days determined by OC SAN likely to be inclement weather when Contractor will be unable to work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
