The scope of work shall include providing all labor, materials, equipment, and any other items necessary to construct a new restroom building at the existing Vilano Boat Ramp. The project location is 101 Vilano Causeway, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Work shall include demolition, grading, building construction with elevated slab and associated ADA ramp and stairs, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and any other work shown on the plans. The work to be performed under this Agreement shall be commenced within ten (10) days of the date of the Notice to Proceed, in writing. Construction of the project shall be substantially complete by September 5, 2022. Final completion shall be attained ten (10) consecutive calendar days from the date of substantial completion.
