Villa Parke Community Center located at 363 E. Villa Street, Pasadena, CA 91101. Each attendee is required to follow COVID-19 safety protocols and bring their own personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to face masks, and maintain a minimum social distance of 6 feet from others. Attendees who do not have their own PPE will not be allowed in the meeting.
Estimate: $3 MIl
The City of Pasadena (“City”) will select a single qualified Contractor to perform improvements and an addition to Villa Parke Community including renovations to the existing auditorium, hallway, locker rooms, pool and pool equipment room, weight room, boxing room, and addition to the east courtyard (the “Project”). The Work includes, but is not limited to, enclosing an existing courtyard and converting it into a lobby, installation of new fixtures and flooring, demolition of partitions, repair/patch ceiling, repair/replacement of roofing, demolition of concrete pads, installation of a new concrete deck, pool fixtures, and bleachers, replacement of existing pool equipment, addition of new mechanical and electrical systems for enclosed courtyard, retrofit/upgrades to existing drainage, and hazardous materials abatement. Q&A due by 04/05/21 at 2PM. Bond required. Prevailing wages.
