Job Site Office, 1301 Manchester Ave., Wabash, IN 46992. There are two (2) scheduled pre-bid meetings: The first is on November 29, 2021 at 2:00pm and the second is on December 6, 2021 at 2:00pm.
Trades: General Contractor GC, Mechanical Contractor, Plumbing Contractor: may include Camera Inspections, Electrical Contractor - Including Lighting and Possible High Voltage
The project consists of a new 70,000 sq.ft. Sheriff’s Office and Jail. Previous phases of work included preparation of building pads, foundations, and underslab plumbing. The work of this phase includes the remaining construction of the new building. A later phase will include final sitework.
