The scope of the project is anticipated to include all survey, engineering, architecture, specifications, public involvement, and construction to complete the design elements. Improvements are based around creating a downtown solid waste collection facility. These include but are not limited to: An underground stormwater chamber A concrete driveway A building to house a roll off compacting dumpster A roll off compacting dumpster and connections Lighting improvements Security camera connections Access controlled doors Retrofitting parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations The proposed improvements will commence at the eastern property line of the parcel and traverse to the West tying into the existing parking garage.
