The main detailed items of work include, but are not limited to, demolition of existing facilities, excavation, construction of drainage RCB, reinforced concrete pipes, catch basins and inlets, installation of water main lines, grading, removal & replacement of asphalt concrete pavement and concrete flatwork improvements (sidewalks, curb and gutters, curb ramps and protected bike lanes), landscaping, irrigation, installation of soundwalls and water quality BMPs, traffic signal modifications and signing & striping.
