The scope of work is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and other supplies necessary to provide monthly water treatment services and as-needed maintenance and/or repair for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) cooling towers. Bonds required. Please see the document for futher details. Two (2) site visits at locations specified during the meeting will immediately follow the RFP review to allow for the inspection of cooling towers which are representative of other cooling towers throughout the District.
