The City of Newark, Delaware will be accepting sealed bids for the maintenance, repair, and data collection of system valves within its water distribution system. The contractor will evaluate approximately 1,000 valves each year, in a 3-year valve program. The contractor will locate, identify, access the valves, clean out valve box/vault, inspect, exercise each valve, mark, map, and attribute data to each valve. Q&A due by 5pm, April 23, 2021. Bonds required.
