Contractor’s service is critical and therefore multiple wells cannot be out of service concurrently. Priority shall be given to Well no. 1 and Well no. 3. Project duration is 30 working days. Questions due by 4:00 PM on April 26th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
