The project is located just north of the Washington Grove Historic District off of Washington Grove Lane in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Work under this Contract shall include all labor and materials necessary to complete the Wedgewood Community Drainage and Site Improvement Project as described in these specifications and the drawings. This Contract requires removal of existing sidewalks, asphalt pavement and aging trees and the installation of new sidewalks, drainage devices, fencing and landscaping. The types, quantities, and characteristics of the various items of equipment are defined in the specifications and details for their installation are included in the drawings. DBE GFE required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
