West Goshen Township solicits bids online via PennBid for the West Goshen Basin Retrofit project. Project generally includes, but is not limited to the retrofit of two existing stormwater basins in West Goshen Township. The eastern basin retrofit will be installed as an infiltration basin. The work generally consists of over excavation for amended soils, rebuilding the berm and emergency spillway, outlet structure replacement, and water quality landscaping. The western basin retrofit will be installed as a wet pond. The work generally consists of water quality landscaping, rebuilding the berm and emergency spillway, and grading of a low flow channel.
