The construction improvements include roadway reconstruction, traffic signal installation, median improvements, placement of concrete structures, waterline facilities, drainage facilities, landscaping, pavement markings. Time for completion is 180 working days. DBE Goal: 11% Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Subject to Buy America provisions.
