The project consists of making repairs and improvements to the Wilber Lake Dam in Oneonta, NY. At the bid opening the Contractor must supply a Bid Guarantee of 5% percent of the Total Amount of the bid submitted. See Item 6 in Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are advised that Labor and Material and Performance Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract prices, as well as a Certificate of Insurance demonstrating required coverage, shall be provided by the successful bidder(s). In addition, the successful bidder(s) shall provide a one-year maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price at the completion of work. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
