Repair exterior window lintels and interior plaster around windows at the William Floyd Elementary School, located at 111 Lexington Road, Shirley, NY 11967. Remove 3 brick courses, install thru wall flashing min. 8 “ up back wall, extend flashing 6 inches at ends and turn up not less than 2 inches to form end dams. Reinstall new brick to match existing. Install Cell Vents at 24” oc. Cut flexible flashing off flush with face of wall after masonry wall construction is completed. Prevailing wages apply, please refer to documents for details.
