The Town of Windsor Virginia will accept sealed bids for the installation of the new roof for the Windsor Town Center Building located at 23361 Courthouse Highway, Windsor VA. The project is generally described as the demolition (removal) of the existing built-up roof and installation of a new roof in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The roof demolition consists of two separate areas: the gymnasium (approximately 8300 sf), and the meeting rooms and lobby (approximately 7600 sf). The roof consists of a low slope roof assembly with a gravel surfaced multi ply asphalt built up roof over 1/2” perlite board insulation over 1” polyisocyanurate insulation on a steel roof deck. Bonds required.
