The County of York, Virginia (Owner) is seeking the services of a professional contractor to perform the construction of a new Two-Story Sheriff’s Office (approximately 51,550 sf), and a new One-Story Pre-Engineered Metal Building Structure (approximately 3,282 sf) that will serve as a vehicle support and storage warehouse facility, along with all other specified building and related site improvement work, as indicated in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, etc., to complete the project in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Questions due by 1:30 p.m. on June 22, 2022. The entire project shall reach Substantial Completion within 510 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Bonds required.
