The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) solicits bids from Contractors to furnish all necessary management, supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, plant, services, engineering, testing and/or any other act or thing required to diligently and fully perform and complete this zero emission bus (ZEB) overhead infrastructure construction Project as specified in accordance with the Standard Agreement and General Conditions (Exhibit A), Scope of Work, Special Conditions and Attachments (Exhibit B), Bid Price Form (Exhibit C), and Forms (Exhibit D). Time is of the essence in the performance of the Work. Contractor shall complete all work within 210 calendar days. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Oct 4th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
