As a minimum, the successful firm shall perform the services listed below. Task 1 - Meet with City personnel to confirm boundaries and timelines of the project. Task 2 - After selection, prepare cost estimates for conceptual engineering plans, which would include 30% preliminary conceptual plans for right-of-way, roadway requirements, drainage and utilities infrastructure by no later than December 31, 2024. Task 3 – Continue meeting and coordinating with City staff, and developer’s staff as necessary, to determine all required elements and develop the final costs of engineering, including the development of full plans for the work and estimates for costs of construction and project administration. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
