This will be an Architect/Engineer services agreement for a Construction Manager at Risk Project pursuant to ARS Section 34-601 et seq. The size, location, appearance, amenities, and other project features will be determined during the first phase of the process, the Master Concept Plan, and include both CIP projects PR1110 SERL Parking Lot and PR0710 Riparian Educational Center. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
