The Tempe School District No. 3 is seeking a contractor to provide and install site work improvements at the Tempe Elementary School District Sanchez Administration Building property located at 3205 SRural Rd, Tempe, AZ 85282. The project includes the installation of a new trash and recycling container concrete pad. Site work will also include removing an existing trash enclosure and installing new concrete curbing and asphalt pavement to create new parking stalls. An existing air conditioning unit condenser pad will be expanded with new concrete pavement and a new reinforced concrete curb. Work in the condenser unit expansion area will also include the installation of a small storm drainage system, replacement of existing irrigation valves. All areas will include site irrigation main line and drip irrigation reconfiguration work and the installation of new decomposed granite and new ground cover plants to match adjacent landscaping. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
