: Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Superior Court – Public Service Center Tenant Improvement (XSCPSC) project located in Tucson, Arizona in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the Request for Qualifications (“RFQu”). DLR Group is the Design Professional for this project. The CMAR will work with and act as an integral part of the design team during the preconstruction phase of the project and is expected to provide constructability review and recommendations. The successful Construction Manager at Risk team will be selected through a qualifications-based selection process, with a negotiated fee for pre-construction services and, if determined by the Department, a negotiated GMP or multiple GMP’s for construction. The CMAR performing work must hold a license issued by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors as required to perform the work described in these documents. A complete description of the CMAR’s required services for the project, including compensation and payment, are detailed in the Sample Contract, including Appendix ‘A’, Scope of Work. Bonds required.
