The pre-proposal conference shall be all day (8 AM to 5 PM) on the date specified in Attachment A and will allow for a walk through of the building. Each contractor is responsible for bringing tools and ladders that they need for their inspections. The contractor must verify all measurements and construction materials. Take note that no architectural or engineering drawings are provided, the contractor is responsible for making their best judgment.

Yuma County Facilities Management seeks to engage qualified general contractors to assist with the proper demolition of two (2) vacant buildings in downtown Yuma, located at 217 S. 2nd Avenue, Yuma, Arizona 85364. Demolition work will include the demolition and removal of buildings, foundations, a metal carport, and paving as well as grading the lot for proper water drainage. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
