Baseline Information Data Collection The consultant will review the information included in the current RTP and related planning documents, and collect data as needed to identify elements of the regional transportation system, including major roadways, public transportation, multimodal and intermodal facilities, pedestrian walkways and bicycle facilities, rail, and aviation. Incorporate recently adopted studies and plans since the 2021 RTP including but not limited to: • Calaveras County Evacuation and Access Needs Assessment and Preparedness Plan – 2023 • Zero Emissions Bus Analysis and Rollout Plan – 2023 • Promoting Safe Bicycle Travel Opportunities – 2021 • Angels Camp North Main St/SR-49 Complete Streets Corridor Plan & Copello Road Pedestrian Connector – 2020 • Pope Street Class 1 Facility and Safe Routes to School Gap Fill Plan – 2020 • Valley Springs Town Center Connectivity Plan – 2020. • Short Range Transit Plan Update –2021 • Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan – 2020. • Annual Unmet Transits Needs Report • Calaveras County General Plan and Housing Element • City of Angels Camp General Plan and Housing Element Forecast of Future Conditions Update baseline data, as necessary, utilizing the latest available estimates and assumptions for population, land-use, travel, employment, congestion, and economic activity. Evaluate future demographic and roadway conditions utilizing the most up-to-date and available data. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
