Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Clovis for furnishing all labor, materials, services and equipment, and performing all work necessary as specified for, but not be limited to, improvements to three (3) alleys in the area north of Jefferson Avenue and south of Brookside Drive, including constructing a concrete valley gutter, asphalt pavement, concrete drive approaches and adjusting existing utilities to grade within Alley on the Alley Improvements Project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
