Construction of improvements to the Niland County Sanitation District Wastewater Treatment Plant and Collection System Improvements located in Niland, CA along Alcott Road, 2,000 feet west of State Route 111, along with sewer pipelines located along Alcott Rd and State Route 111. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the following: Improvements to the existing influent headworks structure, existing aeration pond liners, existing disinfection system facilities, existing site piping, existing site entrance driveway and existing collection system pipeline; construction of a new effluent pump station, new force main pipeline to three new evaporation-infiltration ponds with a total area of 31 acres, new perimeter fencing, new canal water pipeline and new site specific non-potable water facility. Addendum No 1 changed the bid due date to March 1, 2024. Work to be substantially completed within 336 days and completed and ready for final payment 366 days after the date when the Contract Time commence to run. Federal funds. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
