The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate and extend the service life of the pavement on Buena Vista Road from White Lane to Stockdale Highway and on Union Avenue from SR-204 to Columbus Street. The work consists of, in general, rehabilitating the existing pavement by constructing a new pavement section using Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt (R-HMA) and Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), adjusting manhole and monument covers, construction of minor concrete for ADA accessible ramps, curb and gutter, placement of Striping, and pavement markings. The rehabilitation methodologies will consist of cold planing a portion of the existing pavement and reconstructing the cold planed section. Bonds required.
