Firms interested in providing As-Needed Park Facility Prefabricated Building Construction Services are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications. The purpose of this RFQ is to pre-select a qualified bench of vendors for As-Needed Park Facility Prefabricated Building Construction Services. RAP intends to contract with one or more qualified organizations on an on-call, as-needed basis to assist RAP with park facility prefabricated building construction services which include, but is not limited to the following: Prefabricated Buildings for the purposes of this RFQ, refers to the design, construction, delivery and installation of prefabricated structures, the construction of prefabricated building structures found in public park facilities such as childcare facilities, field restrooms, concession buildings, storage buildings, multi-purpose buildings, field houses and community center and the installation of prefabricated concrete. Work that may be required under this contract will include but is not limited to site survey, 3rd party inspections, design/engineering and acquisition of local building permits. All building purchases made under this contract must be approved and/or certified by the California Department of Housing and Community Development prior to delivery to the City.
