Palmdale Water District (PWD, District) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to construct and furnish, but not limited to all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the contract documents to equip a new 600 horsepower municipal well. Work generally consists of: Civil/Site work (excavation, compaction, grading, paving, and fencing). Well building and foundation. Deep well vertical turbine pump and motor. Above and below ground valves and piping. Installing a 30 foot tall SCADA Antenna, materials provided by District. Building plumbing and drainage. Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems. Electrical and instrumentation. Startup testing and training. Preparing operation and maintenance manuals. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
