Scope of Services: CSU Northridge desires to hire a design-build contractor to design and construct a new Photovoltaic (PV) Canopy System in the G3 surface Parking Lot, bound by Zelzah Avenue to the east, Prairie Street to the north, Dearborn Avenue to the south, and Matador Way to the west. The goal of the Project is to install the largest feasible configuration of PV arrays within the existing surface parking lot, without exceeding the maximum acceptance cost of the project/contract.The Project will consist of the design, permitting, and construction of a photovoltaic structural canopy, photovoltaic panels, foundations, electrical infrastructure, substation upgrades, under canopy lighting, parking lot slurry seal, parking lot striping, LADWP permitting, interconnection with LADWP via the Campuss electrical infrastructure, and the installation of a LADWP Vista Switch.

The Palmdale Water District is accepting proposals from qualified consultants for engineering design services for Well 37. A well site assessment was completed in 2025 for a proposed well 500 West of Well 24, East of the intersection of Avenue P8 and 25th Street E in Palmdale, California. The District is moving forward with the design and construction of one well, which was identified as the most feasible based on the assessment.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms interested in furnishing all labor, equipment, and services necessary to perform tree pruning/trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, annual tree inventory and plant health care assessment by a licensed arborist at California State University, Northridge. This service excludes trees in the purview of the University Student Union, Student Recreation Center, and Campus Housing.

The Project consists of: Comprehensive upgrades to fire alarm systems across multiple school sites, including the replacement, installation, testing, and commissioning of code-compliant fire alarm systems to enhance life safety and emergency response capabilities. The City of South Gate (City) is seeking a qualified Consultant that can successfully provide Design Services to prepare Plans, Specifications and Estimates for the Shade Structures for Ballfield at South Gate Park Project, City Project No. 747-PRK. Services to be provided include project management, preparation of final plans, specifications & estimates, and construction support services, in accordance with Local, and State requirements. The intent of this project is to enhance community comfort, provide sun protection, and improve the overall functionality and aesthetics of the facilities. The selected consultant will be responsible for evaluating existing site conditions, preparing design concepts, and developing construction documents for shade structures.

The scope of this project is to upgrade and repair existing guardrail at various locations throughout the City. While much of the guardrail within the City of Calabasas is Metal Beam Guardrail (MBGR), these systems will be upgraded to Midwest Guardrail Systems (MGS) as and when possible. Some end terminals end systems will be replaced and upgraded as feasible.

Scope of Work: Relocation of three (3) relocatable classroom buildings from Malibu High School (A#03-117407), located at 30215 Morning View Drive, Malibu, California, to replace three (3) existing 24' x 40' relocatables at Webster Elementary School. The District-owned relocatable classrooms at Malibu High School will be safed-off by a separate contractor currently on site. The contractor shall be responsible for the complete dismantling, transportation, reinstallation, and all associated utility and fire alarm connections at Webster Elementary School. The scope also includes demolition and removal of the existing relocatable classrooms at Webster Elementary School, as well as site preparation and foundation work necessary to receive the relocated buildings. In addition, the project includes interior improvements to the three classrooms, consisting of new flooring, replacement of ceiling tiles, and repainting of tackable wall panel.

The project entails removal of existing playground equipment, including foundations, and poured-in-place (PIP ) protective surface, removal parts of existing playground equipment, installing city-furnished playground equipment including new concrete foundations, installing new playground equipment replacement parts, removal and disposal of existing sand and sub-base material, placement of aggregate base material, grading and compaction, to accommodate placement of new poured-in-place protective surface, removal and replacement of concrete walkway, provide and install new PIP protective surface, provide and install temporary construction fence at Valley Park, Seaview Parkette and South Park in the City of Hermosa Beach per plans and specifications; and all other items of work necessary to complete the work per plans and specifications. Work also includes pick-up and loading of the city-furnished playground equipment from the City of Hermosa Beach Public Works Yard located at 555 6th Street, transporting, and delivering the equipment to the designated parks. Contractor shall retain the services of a certified playground inspector to inspect the installed equipment and provide to the city inspection reports and certificates of compliance.

The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The work includes clearing and grubbing, cold plane, asphalt concrete pavement and dike removal, excavation, utility grade adjustment, removal and reconstruction of speed humps, hot mix asphalt (HMA) construction, asphalt rubber hot mix (ARHM) construction, tack coat construction, aggregate base construction, decomposed granite, imported borrow, drain outlet pipe extension, and signing, striping, and pavement markings. This work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer.
