Project Description: The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the job in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents as set forth by the City Engineer.

Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide scheduled Generator Maintenance services twice per calendar year at each of the four (4) stations, routine component servicing, including oil changes, changing air and oil filters, and replacing necessary fluids, providing on-call troubleshooting and non-routine repairs in the event of a generator failure or emergency, and providing all necessary labor, parts, fluids, travel time, and equipment. Scope of Services: Snow removal, snowpack removal, and sanding services at various County facilities located in Truckee, CA (Eastern Nevada County) and on Floriston Road also located in Eastern Nevada County.

The purpose of the Yuba Gravel Placement project is to place suitable-sized spawning gravel within the upper Narrows reach for rehabilitating associated geomorphic processes and aquatic habitat in the Englebright Dam reach of the Lower Yuba River. Implementation of a long-term augmentation program will serve to improve the overall ecological functionality of the channel. The project will provide gravel and cobble suitable for anadromous salmonid adult spawning, embryo incubation, and survival to emergence in a key area in the lower Yuba River designated as critical habitat for the Central Valley spring-run Chinook salmon and the Central Valley steelhead

Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, services and supplies needed for snow and ice removal as described herein. This includes shoveling, snow hauling, de-icing, ice control and sidewalk clearing; Contractor shall remove cornices on roof as they accumulate, shoveling the fallen snow and ice away from the building and overhang; Contractor shall apply snow melt salt and/or salt-sand mix to the walkway area at all entrances and paths of travel; Contractor shall shovel snow and ice away from the roof vents, and It will be the Contractors responsibility to remove the snow and ice in all areas that are not accessible to motorized power equipment such as steps, landings, porches, door accesses, fire hydrant(s), loading areas, garbage dumpster access, air conditioner condenser motors, motorized gate entrances and exits, handicap ramps, around gas/fuel pumps and oil dump storage tank, above ground fuel tank, concrete islands, curb cuts where applicable and sidewalks less than six feet wide. All snow and ice shall be completely removed from the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramps and/or parking stalls.
